1. Booking and Deposit
1.1. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your booking.
1.2. The deposit will only be refunded if the party is canceled due to bad weather, as determined by Little Livestock Pony Parties.
1.3. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the event.
1.4. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Weather Policy
2.1. In the case of severe or unsafe weather, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a free rescheduling of your party.
2.2. The decision to cancel or continue based on weather will be made by Little Livestock Pony Parties to ensure safety for guests, staff, and animals.
2.3. Light rain or wind may not result in cancellation if deemed safe by staff.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1. Client-initiated cancellations for non-weather-related reasons are non-refundable.
3.2. If we must cancel due to bad weather, you will be given the option to reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund of your deposit.
4. Supervision and Behavior
4.1. All children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult throughout the event.
4.2. Adults are responsible for ensuring that children follow all safety instructions and behave respectfully toward staff, animals, and equipment.
4.3. Aggressive, reckless, or disrespectful behavior may result in the immediate termination of the event with no refund.
5. Liability and Disclaimer
5.1. By booking and participating in a Little Livestock Pony Party, you acknowledge and accept that interaction with animals carries inherent risks.
5.2. Little Livestock Pony Parties, its staff, and contractors are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, health issues, allergic reactions, illnesses, or harm of any kind, including but not limited to physical, mental, emotional, or psychological harm sustained during or after the event.
5.3. You agree that all participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
5.4. Little Livestock Pony Parties accepts no responsibility for any damage to clothing, vehicles, personal items, venue property, or third-party property, whether caused by animals, equipment, weather conditions, or human action.
5.5. You assume full responsibility for supervising children and guests in your care and ensuring their safe participation.
6. Animal Welfare
6.1. All animals are handled with great care, and we ask that guests treat them with respect.
6.2. Any behavior toward the animals deemed inappropriate or unsafe will result in immediate intervention and could lead to the event being stopped without refund.
7. Health and Allergy Disclosure
7.1. You must inform us in advance of any relevant medical conditions, allergies (including animal, hay, or dander allergies), or physical accessibility concerns.
7.2. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, asthma attacks, or other health issues that arise during or after the event.
8. Photography and Media
8.1. We may take photographs or video during the event for promotional and marketing use.
8.2. If you do not wish for your child or guests to appear in promotional media, you must notify us in writing before the event date.
9. Access and Setup Requirements
9.1. The party location must be safe, clean, and easily accessible for our trailer, animals, and equipment.
9.2. Any damage to our animals, equipment, or staff property due to negligence or poor site conditions may result in compensation being sought.
10. Acceptance of Terms
10.1. By booking with Little Livestock Pony Parties, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
10.2. These terms are subject to change, and the most current version will always be available upon request or via our website.
